Should you for any reason wish to cancel your order you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. Kindly advise us in writing of your cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, AND before courier collection – should the order already have been collected, you will be liable for all courier/delivery costs.

The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.  Please allow 1 week to 30 days for refunds to be processed. Custom branded items may not be returned. 

Products on promotion or clearance sales:  This does NOT relate to products sold on promotion or during a clearance sale. No exchanges, refunds, or returns are available for clearance sale products, unless stipulated.
